My name is Natália, and I am the founder of Step by Step Coaching.
I believe that each of us has the power to make changes that bring us closer to the life we want to live. My goal is to be your guide on this journey – with support, trust, and respect for your needs and possibilities.

Balance between different areas of life, humanity, and a focus on quality are pillars that for me are not just phrases, but the foundation of everything I do. I love nature, animals, movement, and dance – they have taught me that in every step, no matter how small, there is strength. That’s why Step by Step Coaching was created – a place where movement and thinking come together to fully unlock the potential that lies within each of us.

My approach and experience:

As an accredited coach, my work is based on the ethics and competencies of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Each of our sessions is built on professionalism, respect, and a commitment to help you progress in the most effective way.

I have a degree in psychology- my studies taught me to understand the human mind and needs more deeply and gave me a solid base to build on in my future career life. After graduation, my journey led me into the corporate world, where I had the opportunity to experience the dynamics of a large company, understand the complexity of processes, and the needs of employees. This experience helped me gain a broader perspective on how individuals and teams operate at different levels in organisations. 

Along the way, I have completed numerous training courses in psychology and coaching, which allowed me to continuously enhance my qualifications. I believe that only through constant development I can bring the highest value to my clients.

I tailor each session so that clients feel accepted, understood, and motivated. You can expect an inspiring, safe environment filled with mutual respect and a commitment to finding the best and most sustainable solution.
