My approach is distinctive—I believe that by connecting coaching with physical activity, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and improve not only our thought patterns but also our overall health and well-being.
I’m Natália, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Slovak Coaching Association (SAKo) and Slovak association of sport psychologists (SAŠP). I collaborate with companies, sports associations as well as universities and secondary schools, thereby raising awareness of coaching and its importance and benefits not only for the current but also for future generations.
